We package our products in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, and milk products. Though our facility is not a certified allergen-free facility, we try our best to prevent cross-contamination through specific processes like sanitizing each station before packing a new item there and separating lanes and equipment for peanuts, tree nuts and gluten-free items. Products that are packaged in our Gluten-Free Lane are handled in this area ONLY. They are opened, packaged, and closed here. Other products that are Gluten, are packaged in a separate lane of our facility.
No. While we endeavor to prevent cross-contamination through specific processes, we cannot guarantee that a product is peanut or tree nut free.
Trace amounts of lead, cadmium and other metals and chemicals listed under California’s Proposition 65 are found in some of even the most carefully selected and sourced ingredients contained in Nature’s Garden products. Lead, as an example, is a naturally occurring element that is found throughout the entire environment, including in soils where it can be taken up by natural plants and herbs all over the world. None of these elements are added by farmers or by Nature’s Garden. We follow good manufacturing practices throughout our supply chain to minimize or eliminate any contamination.
