It is not difficult to make an easy Turkey Roll Ups from leftover Turkey with all the flavors of your Thanksgiving dinner!
You should make your tortillas and shredded turkey ready first, which is filled with thinly sliced Lacatino kale and sliced tomatoes, before starting to prepare your Keto spread.

Keto Leftover Turkey Rollups
Makes 10 Rollups
½ cup of Nature’s Garden Keto Savory Salad Topper
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, roasted
1 ½ cups roasted cauliflower
2 tbsp leftover herbs (such as parsley, chives, cilantro, and basil)
½ tsp salt
10 keto tortillas
2 tomatoes sliced and slices cut in half
2 Cups leftover turkey, shredded
2 Cups of Lacinato kale thinly sliced
1. In a food processor add the Nature’s Garden Keto Savory Salad Topper, and pulse into a fine texture. Add the rest of the ingredients for the keto spread and blend until smooth.
2. Add the keto spread on a keto tortilla, along with the tomato slices, turkey, and kale. Roll up the tortilla and enjoy!
3. Store any leftover keto spread in the refrigerator covered. Enjoy within 3 to 5 days.
