Preparation
1. In a bowl add the almonds and cover with water. Soak almonds for 6 to 8 hours. Drain

the almond milk from the almond pulp (save almond pulp for a different recipe).

Tips
One recipe with two bags of Nature's Garden Organic Raw Almonds makes about 4 cups of almond milk; if you want to try the recipe with one bag of almonds first, you can divide the recipe in half and you will get 2 cups of almond milk.
Or you can multiply the recipe for a larger amount of almond milk, however most blenders can only handle one batch (two bags and 4 cups of water) at a time. Warm up the almond vanilla creamer and add it to green tea for a foamy green tea latte, or add it cold to iced coffee. There are endless ways to use almond milk or you can simply drink it on it’s own, maybe even with a cookie or two!
