Keto Overnight Oats

It can be challenging to find keto snacks that are not loaded in saturated and trans fats. Be sure to check the source of your snacks to find the products that provide healthy fats to your keto diet. Nuts are filled with omega-3 fatty acids, which is a healthy fat. Find creative ways to add nuts into your keto diet.

You can try delicious keto-friendly recipes at home and incorporate nuts to take control of what you are bringing into your body.

Keto Overnight Oats Recipe

You will find joy in waking up in the morning with your breakfast already made and waiting for you in the refrigerator. This overnight oats recipe will do just that for you:

  • 1 c old-fashioned rolled oats, gluten-free (oats are gluten-free, but some brands add flour to the mix)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tsp ground flax seeds or chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp almond or cashew butter, or any nut butter
  • 1 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 c keto trail mix

If you have never made overnight oats before, the method is simple. You do not have to boil or cook anything. You mix everything together except for the trail mix. And then you leave it to soak all night in your refrigerator so that it’s ready in the morning.

How to Eat Overnight Oats

You can eat overnight oats cold or pop them in the microwave if you prefer to eat your oats warm. Add the trail mix on top to take the flavor to the next level. You can chop up the trail mix first to create tiny morsels of texture and flavor. Or you can leave it as-is for big crunches.

The best part about this keto overnight oats recipe is that you can make it your own. Add bananas or raspberries. Or you can swap out some of the cinnamon for nutmeg to add more dynamic flavor. You can even top the oats with a dollop of Greek yogurt.

At Nature’s Garden, we can offer convenience with snack packs containing omega-3’s and antioxidants, with nuts, dried fruit, and seeds in delicious mixes. You do not want to miss out on the healthy snacks that are offered at Nature’s Garden.
