Ingredients

3 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 tbsp maple syrup
4 cups almond milk
Fruits and berries of your choice

Instructions

Place all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix with almond milk and sweetener. Then add diced fruits, such as bananas and blueberries. (If desired, you can blend these fruits for added creaminess). Stir ingredients once more and put them into the fridge overnight. Serve in the morning, adding more nuts or toppings as desired for texture. Overnight oats will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Makes 10 servings.
